Questions, answered
How long does shipping take?
Every order ships with tracking. Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 3–12 business days and is free on orders of $69 or more (otherwise $6.95). Express and international options are shown at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
Return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. If something is faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Nothing in our policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How big is the tank, and how do I charge it?
The tank is about 400 ml, so fewer mid-clean refills. Charge with the USB-C cable – a full first charge typically takes around 2–3 hours.
Is it water resistant?
It’s rated IPX6 (as marked on your unit) for bathroom splashes. Please don’t submerge it.
Can I take it on a plane?
Empty the tank before you fly and pack it like any other small rechargeable device. Airline rules vary, so check with your carrier.
Is GoWash a medical device?
No. GoWash is a personal hygiene product and doesn’t treat any condition. If you have a medical concern, including postpartum care, please talk to your GP or midwife.
