How to start a return
- Email us via the contact page with your order number and reason.
- We'll confirm the next step (prepaid return label where applicable, or a photo check for faults).
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive and check the item (or confirm a fault).
Return shipping for change-of-mind unused returns is the customer's responsibility unless we say otherwise. Faulty / not-as-described returns are on us.
