How big is the tank?
About 400 ml class — more capacity than most squeeze-bottle travel bidets, so fewer mid-clean refills.
How do I charge it?
USB-C. First charge fully (~2–3 hours typical). Top up from a power bank, laptop or hotel USB on the road.
Is it water resistant?
IPX6 class (or as marked on your unit) — built for bathroom splash and travel bags. Don't submerge it unless your unit is marked IPX7+.
Can I take it on a plane?
The unit is compact for a cabin bag. Empty the tank before security. Battery rules follow normal installed lithium rules for portable electronics — if you're unsure, check your airline.
Is this a medical device?
No. GoWash is for personal hygiene and travel freshness only. We don't claim it treats haemorrhoids, infections or any condition. Talk to your GP about medical concerns.
What's the difference between the bidet and the kit?
The Electric Travel Bidet is the unit alone. The Travel Bidet Kit adds a travel pouch/case and a spare nozzle tip when kit stock includes it.
